The meeting was called to order by Deputy Supervisor Dallas at 7:00 P.M. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Roll Call was taken, with Mr. Dickinson and Mr. Brisky absent.
The Clerk announced that the meeting was being recorded.
Approval of Minutes
Mrs. Hahn made a motion to approve the minutes of the January 11, 20 11, meeting. Mr. Trummer seconded the motion.

Approval of Abstracts
Mr. Trummer made a motion to pay abstract #2, General vouchers #32-56, in the amount of $11,129.91 and Highway vouchers #22-42, in the amount of $38,385.48, seconded by Mrs. Hahn.

Highway Superintendent
Supt. Weller reported that the Village Code Enforcement Officer inspected the Highway barn and found several problems, including missing outlet covers and lack of lighted emergency exit lights. They will be corrected and Mr. Fish will re-inspect in one month.
Mr. Weller said that a wall needs to be constructed in the shop to prevent fumes from entering the lunchroom. He will need to find out if it was included when Dennis Cook drew up the plan for the back wall. If not, then it will need to be engineered.

Code Enforcement Officer
Building report submitted.
Dog Control Officer
The Dog Control Officer’s report was presented.

Town Clerk report was submitted.
The Clerk will contact National Grid about having the gas meter moved to a safer location.
Communications
A letter was received from Mayor Breton regarding the Grants Writers contract. Supervisor will talk to him.
The Town’s negotiator sent a copy of a letter he sent to the union rep.

There were no Committee Reports.

Mrs. Hahn reported that she has been looking at the Code of Ethics Policy and has taken an online course regarding that.
