5th and 6th Grade Supply List

The following items should be available for use AT SCHOOL:

·  6 (7) Marble Composition Notebooks: (at least 120 sheets, NO SPIRALS!)

o  Purple – ELA

o  Red – Social Studies

o  Blue – Math

o  Green – Science

o  Black – Religion

o  Color of your choice – Reading/Writing Journal

o  6th Grade Only: Color of your choice - Music

·  One 8 pocket folder – (NOT accordion style)

o  Can be found online:

·  1 GB flash drive – for saving work we begin in school but need to finish at home.

·  College ruled looseleaf

·  Blue or black pens

·  No. 2 pencils with erasers.

·  Index Cards

o  4x6 for Science flash cards

o  5x8 for Reading Records

·  Post-It Notes (size 3x3 or larger)

·  Art Box - A hard plastic box works best. It will be kept at school for classroom use. Separate art supplies are needed for home use. The Art Box should include:

o  Glue (stick or liquid)

o  Scissors

o  Markers

o  Crayons or Colored Pencils

* Students are responsible to maintain and replenish their own art supplies!

The following items will be COLLECTED for the shared classroom supply:

·  2 Rolls of PAPER TOWELS

·  2 full-size Boxes of TISSUES

·  2 packages of BABY WIPES or WET ONES (for hands)

·  2 Containers of LYSOL or CLOROX WIPES (for desks)

·  1 bottle of UNSCENTED HAND SANITIZER

·  2 packages of blue or black PENS

·  2 packages of #2 PENCILS

·  2 packages of COLLEGE RULED LOOSELEAF

·  1 package of CONSTRUCTION PAPER

Please do NOT bring the following to school:

·  Envelopes

·  Binders

·  White-Out (liquid OR tape)

·  Staplers

·  Sharpie or other permanent markers
