Attendance: The regular monthly meeting of SCA Board of Directors was called to order at 4:12 p.m. at the Swim and Tennis office. The meeting was adjourned at 5:21 p.m.

B. Golf membership fee increase – lots of member concerns and complaints and already the corporate rates have been decreased
