Rüdesheim Coffee

1.5 oz. Asbach Uralt 3 YR

1-3 cubes of sugar (optional)

Hot coffee (regular or decaf)

Whipped cream with vanilla sugar

Grated chocolate

Put cubes of sugar (if desired) in an original Rüdesheimer Coffee cup, pour Asbach and stir to dissolve the sugar., then pour in hot coffee to below the rim. Top off with a scoop of whipped cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate.

Rüdesheim Espresso

1.5 oz. Asbach Uralt 3 YR

1-2 cubes of sugar (optional)

Hot Espresso

Whipped cream sweetened with vanilla sugar

Grated chocolate

Place cubes of sugar (if desired) in Espresso cup together with 1.5 oz. of Asbach and let mix. Stir with a long-handled spoon to dissolve the sugar, then fill with hot espresso up to approx. ¾ under the lip of the cup. Top with whipped cream and spread grated chocolate over the cream.

Rüdesheim Ice Coffee

1.5 oz. Asbach Uralt 3 YR

3 scoops of vanilla ice

Cold coffee (sweetened to taste)

Whipped cream sweetened with vanilla sugar

Grated chocolate

Put 3 scoops of vanilla ice in an original Rüdesheimer Coffee cup and pour over 4cl of Asbach. Pour in ice-cold coffee and fill up to just below the rim. Top with a scoop of whipped cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate.

Asbach Coke

1.5 oz. Asbach Uralt 3 YR

cold Coke

Pour Asbach in a long-drink glass and fill up with cold Coke and 2-3 ice cubes. Garnish with lemon or orange (optional)

Asbach Tropica

1.5 oz. Asbach Uralt 3 YR
4 oz. pineapple juice
Tonic water
Sliced Pineapple

Add Asbach to pineapple juice. Add tonic water and decorate with pineapple chunks on sticks.

Asbach Sour

1.5 oz. Asbach Uralt 3 YR
1 oz.. fresh lemon juice
1.5 oz. fresh orange juice
½ oz.sugar syrup
Cocktail cherries
Orange slices

Pour Asbach,fresh lemon juice and fresh orange juice into a glass. Add sugar syrup (dissolve 1 part of sugar in 1 part of hot water and allow to cool), pour into a shaker and shake well. Decorate with cocktail cherries and slices of orange and serve in a champagne flute.

Asbach Orange

1.5 oz. Asbach Uralt 3 YR
Fresh orange juice
Ice cubes

Pour Asbach into a long glass, fill with fresh orange juice and chill with 2 or 3 ice cubes.

Asbach Summer

1.5 oz. Asbach Uralt 3 YR
Ginger ale
Lemon juice
Fruit
Ice cubes

Fill a glass containing Asbach with ginger ale, add a few dashes of lemon and stir.Serve with fruit.

Trouble Shooter

1.5 oz. Asbach Uralt 3 YR
5 oz. Lemonade
Brown sugar
Crushed ice
Lime

Cut the sweet lime into quarters, place in a tumbler and sprinkle with the sugar.Extract the juice, add Asbach and mix well with a bar spoon.Add crushed ice and Lemonade, and stir again. Serve with two wide straws.
