The Diaries of Adam and Eve Project :D

Option #1: The PowerPoint/Google Slide Presentation

Directions are as follows:

  • Number of Entries:Write five diary entries (each must beone-three paragraphs in length), from a twenty-first century man’s perspective, then five from a twenty-first century woman’s perspective (for a total of ten entries). What are their interpretations of each other? How do they describe each other? How do they view themselves? What is important to them and why?
  • Compare and Contrast:At the end, write a one to three paragraph compare and contrast between the twenty-first century entries and Adam and Eve’s. What is similar? What is different? Explain. You may do this on your own or in pairs. The assignment must be presented to the class.
  • Presentation Portion:You must have at least one visual per entry (for a total of at least ten visuals). You may present via PowerPoint or poster boards. Presentations should be 3-5 min. in length. Come prepared—preparation is part of the grade! The more creative and insightful (and school appropriate), the better the grade. Option #2: The Movie Trailer Presentation

  • Create a Movie Trailer:Create a movie trailer based off of your couple’s story; must have the following:
  • Must have atitle for the movie
  • Must depict modern day relationship dynamics (whether that be romantic or platonic)
  • Must highlight who is featured in the movie, the name of the production company who made the movie, the rating, and the release date
  • Must have music to accompany the images seen in the trailer
  • Must be school appropriate and edited to exhibit professionalism
