This position requires good interpersonal skills with an able to communicate well face to face and on the phone. The facilitator needs to be able to establish and maintain relations with a wide range of people in all sectors of society. Set out your experience in working with people, establishing and maintaining good relations, and ensuring that all sections of the community are included.
The facilitator will need to liaise with people across the region, and ensure that programmes are implemented. This requires a person who is confident, with an ability to take the lead, and liaise with a wide range of people. Please set out your experienceof working in three countries in the region.
The facilitator must be well-organised, able to organise and progress an activity independently from planning to conclusion, and willing to work flexibly. Please set out your experience that matches these criteria.
