4.  CITIZEN COMMENTS

Citizens who would like to address the City Council will have 3 minutes to do so during this period. Written comments may be submitted if a citizen does not wish to speak. Citizens wanting to comment on any agenda item other than designated Public Hearing (stated as such on the agenda) item should make their comments at this time. Any comments needing or requesting follow-up will be assigned to staff for further action as appropriate after the meeting. Please provide contact information on the sign-up sheet and state your name and phone number when speaking to the Council so later follow-up can take place. The Council respectfully requests that citizens help maintain the decorum of the meeting by not applauding or booing, turning off electronic devices, not engaging in verbal attacks against others or being disrespectful during the proceedings of the meeting.

c.  Approve a Class B Beer and Restaurant Liquor License for Lori Havel DBA 1Rbc2 (Inside Mountain View Golf Course) [Janice Larsen]

d.  Approve the Human Resources reorganization due to recent layoffs [Tom Steele]

e.  Approve Resolution 10-18, accepting a water facilities easement from DKH Ventures as a requirement for approval of the Utah RV Rentals site plan [Jeff Robinson]

f.  Approve Resolution 10-19, accepting a Warranty Deed from Utah Non-Profit Housing Corporation for property lying within Sugar Factory Road and 2200 West Street [Jeff Robinson]

g.  Approve Resolution 10-20, authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District for the lease of canal water from the Utah and Salt Lake Canal Company [Wendell Rigby]

h.  Approve Resolution 10-21, declaring as surplus property vehicles and miscellaneous items from Public Works, and authorize the disposition and sale [Wendell Rigby]
