PB 66 MY BONKER


The “Bonker” (PB-66) is a robust, seaworthy round bilge yacht, designed for all weather conditions. A beautiful and timeless design from the renowned designer Pieter Beeldsnijder

She is based on a PB one design series with a total new approach for design – function - noise and vibration.

The Bonker is ability to sail without crew ( with crew also possible due to extra space at afterdeck for cabincrew),

For the exterior is chosen for a sturdy nautical styling and details, with a eyewink to commercial crafts, for example, with royal deck space, wide side and fore deck raised bulwark with heavy stainless steel 316 railing work.

The raised mooring bollards are places on top of bulwark level for direct easy mooring, P&S under each mooring bollard are the shore connections, which results in a clean deck with no electra shore cables over deck. There are around the deck 4 cameras for safety and easy mooring.

The amazingly spacious engine room offers very good access to all components and the high ceiling allows upright standing.

In the aft deck there is the lazarette with a 2 x 1 mtr. hatch, hydraulic operated for example scooter storage under deck.

The forepeak is roomy with storage for deck equipment. In the chain locker is space for 2 x 80 mtr. 13 mm anchor chain, two pool anchors of 70 kg each are housed in recessed stainless steel anchor pockets. The two hydraulic operated anchor winches are feet and remote controlled.

For the protection of the painting there is on the bow stainless steel

One the flying bridge deck, is the second steering station with a double seat, and two full length benches.

The aluminum navigation mast is hydraulic operated.

On FB aftdeck is a the 4,00 mtr. rib tender, there is a PB designed infrared controlled hydraulic crane.

For those people who not like or are not able to walk to the stair, we have the possibility option to go by a special PB designed integrated lift platform to the accommodation deck and/or to boat/fb deck, even on the swim platform, there is a special PB designed integrated lift platform to or from the aft deck, the three lift platforms are big enough to carry a wheelchair, the whole boat; exterior and interior are wheelchair friendly.
