Vendor Application

The Bluebonnet Horse Expo is offering vendors two options:

Covered booth space: Vendors receive a 10 x 10 foot space under cover. Vendors must bring their own table and chairs $50.00 (non-refundable).

Trailer space: Tack trailers, art trailers and trailers with other merchandise (no food) $75.00 (non-refundable).

Additional charges (circle those you need)

RV Parking with Hook-Ups - $35.00 each.

RV Parking without Hook-Ups - $20.00 each.

WE HEREBY RELEASE AND AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS, BLUEBONNET EQUINE HUMANE SOCIETY, TRAVIS COUNTY EXPO, REPRESENTATIVES, owners, agents, employees, officers, directors, assigns, members, and Insurers, and others acting on THEIR behalf, AND ANY SPONSORS, EXHIBITORS, AND OTHER PARTICIPANTS IN THE BLUEBONNET HORSE EXPO, FROM ANY AND ALL INJURY AND DAMAGE WHETHER IT BE CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE. I CERTIFY THAT I AM AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ABOVE ORGANIZATION.
