Guidelines for filling out Request Form for Bank Account Updating
we have made arrangement with MCB Bank Limited, The Bank of Punjab, Standard Chartered Bank, JS BANK Limited, Bank Alfalah Limited and Bank Islami Pakistan Limited for on-line transferring the Redemption Proceeds to those Unit Holders who are maintaining their Bank Account in one of their Bank Branches situated anywhere in Pakistan.
In case a considerable number of Unit-Holders opt for a bank other than those mentioned above, we may arrange similar facility with that bank also, if possible, otherwise Cheques/Demand Draft will be sent to the respective Bank Branch for crediting to the Unit-holder's Bank Account with them.
Other Instructions
3.1In case the applicant is ILLITERATE and CANNOT SIGN or his/her signaturesareSHAKY, then he/she is required to submit either a clear copy of CNIC with photo or one recent passport size photograph authenticated by his/her banker. His/her form would also need to be signed by two witnesses.
3.2In case of an Application Form being filled in by the Guardian, on behalf of a MINOR(S), the name of the MINOR(S) as well as of the Guardian should be written clearly on the Form and the Guardian's Signature should be recorded.
3.3Please mark all empty spaces in the forms with “X” or “Not Applicable” or “N/A”.
