1st Home Pass 2016-1

Dear Parents:

Your cadets will be coming home soon for their first pass. We will provide transportation to the areas listed below. Cadets will be transported to the area closest to their home of record. If your cadet’s home of record is within 65 miles of Camp Beauregard, parents/guardians will be responsible for picking up the cadet at Camp Beauregard. If cadet’s home of record is further than 65 miles, the cadet will ride the bus to the designated drop off, no exceptions. All cadets boarding buses will leave Camp Beauregard no later than 6:45 AM on Wednesday, September 21, 2016. Family members who are picking up cadets at Camp Beauregard should report to Bldg. 621 between 5:30 – 6:30 AM. The cadets that are not picked up at this time will be sent on appropriate bus at 6:45 a.m. It is your responsibility to make sure someone is at the appropriate site at the appropriate time to pick up cadets. There will not be supervision once they are dropped off. If you are coming to Camp Beauregard, only parents or legal guardians are allowed to pick up cadets.
