QUALITY OF PRIMARY HEALTH CARE, THE PERSPECTIVE OF PATIENTS.

We invite you and your colleagues to join us for the first regional European meeting organized by WONCA Europe, Department of Family Medicine at the Medical Faculty in Ljubljana, Department of Family Medicine at the Medical Faculty in Maribor, Institute for Development of Family Medicine, , Forum for Primary Health Care, Health Insurance Institute of Slovenia, Primary Care Committee at the Medical Chamber of Slovenia, and Centre for Non-Governmental Organizations.

Submission Format Requirements / Abstract Requirements

  1. Limit abstract to 250 words (this does not include the title and authors). Use a structured abstract format. The abstract must be structured into separate sections: Background, the context and purpose of the project or a study or the mission of the nongovernmental patient organization; Methods, how the project was run or the study was performed, how the civil organization is running ; Results, the outcomes of the project, the main findings the study, activities of the patient organization; Conclusions, brief summary and potential implications for quality in primary care.
  2. Type the entire title in uppercase and lowercase letters, the complete name (last name preceding first name or initials) of the first author, the institutional affiliation, city, province, or state, followed by the names of additional authors. Omit degrees, titles, and institutional appointments. Underline the name of the person(s) presenting the paper.
  3. Skip one line between the title of the abstract and author information and the body of the abstract.
  4. Abstracts must be typed single spaced. Type the body of the abstract as one paragraph. The abstract must be written in third person (for example—he, she, they).
  5. The abstract should contain the appropriate subheadings.
  6. The abstract should not contain charts, graphics, references, or credits.
  7. Abstracts will be published as submitted if the registration fee has been paid. Before submitting your abstract, check carefully to make sure it contains no spelling or typographical errors.
