THE CONFERENCE
Combustion and incineration technologies are very efficient alternatives to cope with environmental needs, on the other hand, they are becoming sources of other environmental problems. The requirements of stringent mandatory emission control and deep concerns from civil sectors have necessitated development of advanced technologies and renovated facilities.
The first conference was successfully held in Seoul with app.500 attendees from 10 different countries worldwide.
This conference is intended to provide a forum for the communication of the most up-to-date knowledge among internationally acknowledged experts in the relevant fields and to improve the technological level, which will eventually promote business capability and contribute to the environmental conservation both in developed and in developing countries.
MAJOR TOPICS
- New Approach of Combustion Technology - Advanced Emission Control System
- Improvement of Incineration Technology - Green House Gas Control and Its Management
- Policy and Economics - Operation and Management of Incineration Facilities
-Incineration Ash Treatment
-Environmental Risk Assessment of Combustion and Incineration
-Utilization of Pyrolysis for Municipal/ Industrial Wastes and Biomass
THE VENUE AREA
Jeju Island (or Jeju-do) is the most famous resort area in Korea, which has brilliant well-reserved landscape and unique cultural tradition. High-rising cliffs and beaches along the seashore and Halla Mountain, the highest one in South Korea will give you unforgettable memories. The conference gas a plan to provide a free official tour chance to visit several outstanding points as well as recently-built waste treatment plant.
