The 2016UGHS Junior Wolverine Football Camp

Cost: $60.00 includes camp t-shirt, football, and testing evaluation sheet filled out by a UGHS coach

Dates: Monday, June 6th– Thursday, June9th

Time: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Location: Wolverine Stadium, UGHS

Ages: Rising 1st graders to rising 6th graders (players will be grouped according to age)

Equipment Needed:None, but you do need to bring your camp football each day

Typical day: Warm-up, plyometrics, and speed work (9:00-9:20 a.m.), defensive focus time with six UGHS player-facilitated stations (9:30-10:00 a.m.), individual testing of 40 yd. dash, 5-10-5 shuttle, push-up maxes, etc. (10:10-10:40 a.m.), offensive focus time with six UGHS player-facilitated stations (10:50-11:20 a.m.), Wolverine ball—a unique approach to football (11:30-12:00 p.m.)

A Perk of Attending: All campers who come to UGHS’ home game vs. Apalachee High Schoolon Friday, September 2nd, wearing their camp t-shirt will get into the game for free and lead the Wolverines onto the field by breaking through the banner!!!

UGHS football coaches and players will be supervising and leading camp drills at all times, and there will be aconcession stand that will be operational each day which will include snacks and sports drinks available for purchase. Campers do not have to have a physical on file to participate in these camps, but the waiver at the bottom of this page must be signed and dated. There is only a limited number of participants that will be allowed into camp, so it is important for your child to get signed up as soon as possible. In order to ensure that your child gets the requested size t-shirt, the payment and this registration form should be returned to UGHSby Wednesday, June 1st. You can sign up on the day that the camp begins; however, your child may be limited as far as the size of t-shirt that he/she will receive.

Note that for every four referrals that a parent gets, that parent gets one child into camp for FREE!
