To what extent the activities appear to be coherent with the objectives to be achieved by the practice / v / The GreenEcoNet-Project is a web platform which was developed to establish politics to generate useful overall conditions for Green Economy SMEs. The specific aims are to help interested institutions/ organizations to find information about qualified employees,manage recruitment of skilled personnel and create useful networks.

It also supports transnational cooperation. All these areas are identified by the analysis of the labour market context.

Practice’s Strong Points / Practice’s Weaknesses
Dedicated web platform which was developed for SMEs in Green Economy.
The multiple function of the web platform: data-base, sharing information tool, skills analyses and guidance, training in skills identification and skills matching.
The presence of the two sectors of interest of the present project: Green economy and ICT.
The wide range of European institutions involved and cross-border cooperation. / There are some aspects in the presentation of the practice that need more clarification and evidence support. However at searching the GreenEcoNet website ( most of these are decoded.

Suggested Improvements and Recommendations (content quality, degree of innovation, transferability, etc.)

It would be useful to showcase cases of successful skills matching process with SMEs registering on the platform and an example of the procedure of skills identification.

Conclusions regarding validation, transfer and incorporation of the practice

An innovative and useful tool for SMEs but also a model transferable to other types of institutions and other domains.
