1. Categories: Manicure 、Natural Sculpture Acrylic、French Sculpture Acrylic、Design Sculpture Acrylic、Design Sculpture Gel 、French Sculpture Gel、Fantasy Nail Art and Mix Nail Art. The Mix Nail Art has no limit for the quantity of art work. Please submit before 10:00 am of the competition day. The contestants restricted to use only justnail products.
2. Date：2010/ Oct/ 31st (Sunday)
3. Venue：The first floor of Artam building
4. Time: Group A Manicure duration of 50 mins, Group A Natural Sculpture Acrylic、Group B Design Sculpture Acrylic & French Sculpture Acrylic、 Group C Design Sculpture Gel、French Sculpture Gel duration of 75 mins. Limit to only 20 participants for each category except for Mixed Nail Art.
5. Prizes：
(1) Group： If there is less than 10 contestants, only top 1 winner. 10 & above contestants will have top 3 winners. 20 & above contestants will have top 5 winners. Prizes will be in gift vouchers worth NT20,000、NT15,000、NT10,000、NT6,000 & NT3,000 respectively. Prizes for Fantasy Nail Art will be in gift vouchers worth NT25,000、NT20,000、NT15,000、NT10,000 & NT6,000. The vouchers can be used to exchange for justnail products up to prize value based on Taiwan market price.
(2) Champion: Contestant who registers for 2 categories & above, the total best score from 2 categories will be used for selecting top 3 winners. Prizes will be in gift vouchers worth NT15,000、NT10,000 & NT6,000 respectively. The vouchers can be used to exchange for justnail products up to prize value based on Taiwan market price。
(3) Overall: Each group register 10 & above categories, the total best 10 scores will be used for selecting top 3 winners. Prizes will be in gift vouchers worth NT20,000、NT15,000 & NT10,000 respectively.
6. Registration Fee: Free for foreign contestants.
7. How to registration: Please contact with justnail International Trade Department.
8.Notices: The nail art work for Fantasy Nail Art and Mixed Nail Art shall be returned to contestants in three months after the competition. The copyright of the nail works picture belongs to the sponsor for the advertisement and commercial purpose with no further notification.
Rules & Regulations
◎ A1 . Manicure- Both hands
（Female model/ no tattoo, 10 points will be deducted from offenders）50 mins
1. Process: Sterilize / Nail color remove/ Shape nail/ Soften/ Cuticle remove/ Buffer/ Polish
2. Natural nail base, the model finger nail should be square before competition, shape to round during the competition, Nail buffer stick acceptable, Chamois Buffer is NOT ALLOWED.
3. Model can not have manicure for one week before competition. Judge will check before the competition. 10 points will be deducted from offenders.
4. Before competition, Model should apply two layers of red nail polish on nail surface. Judge will check before the competition. 10 points will be deducted from offenders.
5. Hand scrub/ hand mask is NOT ALLOWED. 10 points will be deducted from offenders.
6. Nail polish application: On left hand, apply 5 fingers base coat/ two layers of Y1JN700 justnail Polish Red. The polish should also apply on tip of finger nail/ apply top coat. 10 points will be deducted from offenders (wrong hand).
7. On right hand, only buffer the nail, no need nail polish. 10 points will be deducted from offenders.
8. Cuticle oil & Manicure machine are NOT ALLOWED.
9. All the products and tools should put neat and tidy, Judge will score about the neat. Position is not scored.
◎A2. Natural Sculpture Acrylic-Right Hand Only
（No tattoo on model, 10 points will be deducted from offenders）75 mins
1. Finish five finger nails
2. Use only pink, natural or clear acrylic powders. JN acrylic powder、salon polymer or competition polymer allowed. (Choose either one)
3. Upon completion, apply red nail polish (Y1JN700）on right hand last finger.
4. Top coat & top gel are NOT ALLOWED.
5. Standard Square shape.
◎ B1 . Design Sculpture Acrylic-Left Hand Only
（No tattoo on model, 10 points will be deducted from offenders）75 mins
1. Nail of thumb、index finger and the little finger are able to do acrylic design ahead of competition. Nail of middle finger and ring finger should be done during competition. 10 points will be deducted from wrong finger.
2. Any design with copyrights are NOT ALLOWED. 10 points will be deducted from offenders.
3. Design、thickness of acrylic fill and color balance will be score points.
4. Design with acrylic sculpture. dried flowers、metal piece、lace、nail stone、glitter、gel、nail polish、stickers or painting、gold foil、chains are NOT ALLOWED. The 3D acrylic mold or 3D soft sculpture is also NOT ALLOWED. If the nail work report by judge, the art work should take the exam of judge committee. Against regulation confirmed, 10 points will be deducted from offenders.
5. Glitter powder and color drops are allowed.
6. Acrylic nail surface has to be smooth, decoration or gel is NOT ALLOWED.
7. Standard Square shape.
8. The wound or cut on model’s finger、cuticle or hand ahead of competition will not affect score.
9. Top coat or top gel is allowed.
◎ B2 . French Sculpture Acrylic-Right Hand Only
（No tattoo on model, 10 points will be deducted from offenders）75 mins
1. Finish five finger nails
2. Use only pink、white or clear acrylic powders. JN acrylic powder、salon polymer or competition polymer allowed. (Choose either one)
3. Upon completion, apply red nail polish （Y1JN700）on right hand last finger.
4. Artificial nail glue is NOT ALLOWED.
5. Top coat or top gel is NOT ALLOWED.
6. Standard Square shape.
◎C1 . Design Sculpture Gel-Left Hand Only
（No tattoo on model, 10 points will be deducted from offenders）75 mins
1. Nail of thumb、index finger and the little finger are able to do gel design ahead of competition. Nail of middle finger and ring finger should be done during competition. 10 points will be deducted from wrong finger.
2. Traditional gel and EO gel are allowed.
3. Any design with copyrights are NOT ALLOWED. 10 points will be deducted from offenders.
4. Design sculpture gel should extend nail length. Originality、overall design and the beauty will be scored.
5. Main for color gel design. Glitter、painting and fountain pen are NOT ALLOWED. Glitter gel is allowed.
6. Gel nail surface has to be smooth, decoration is NOT ALLOWED.
7. Top gel is allowed. Top coat is NOT ALLOWED.
◎C2 . French Sculpture Gel-Right Hand Only
（No tattoo on model, 10 points will be deducted from offenders）75 mins
1. Finish five finger nails
2. Use only pink、white or clear gel. Traditional gel and EO gel are allowed.
3. Upon completion, apply red nail polish （Y1JN700） on right hand last finger.
4. Top gel is allowed. Top coat is NOT ALLOWED.
5. Standard Square shape.
6. Bring own UV Light.
Points to note for Artificial Nails
1. Nail bed no short than 1.2 cm. Artificial nail blade has to be at least 1.5 cm.
2. Use of cuticle oil on finished nails is not ALLOWED; only buff accept.
3. Use of any oil-related materials, fast dry top coat is NOT ALLOWED.
4. Use of drill is allowed. contestant needs to prepare their own extension cables & table lamps.
5. Contestant in gel category competition need to prepare their own UV light.
6. Cuticle cleaning & file nails surface can be prepared in advance.
7. Shaping/cutting of nail forms are NOT ALLOWED.
8. Use of molding tools is ALLOWED.
9. Upon completion of nails, models place both hands with palm down flat on table top for further instructions.
◎ D. Fantasy Nail Art-Both Hands
(subject: fairy tales. For example the role of fairy tales come true for celebration）20mins
1. Process: Contestants should do the overall style and fix the fantasy nails before competition (long curve artificial tips). After position in judge area, will have 20 mins for last coordination.
2. All contestants need to hand in theme and the concept of creation or 5points will be deducted.
3. Dressing rooms are prepared for models to put on their make-up & change into their costumes before the competition.
4. Indicated to use Nails long curve artificial tips.(Y1NG1、Y1NJ21、Y1NJ22、Y1NJ23)
5. Scores will based on model’s nail art creativity & overall theme. Only ONE model ALLOWED for one contestant.
6. Costumes & accessories will carry 10% of total score. The competition has the creative edge & carries the challenging spirit. Contestants will put together & display a masterpiece of art, fantasy & the future with their imagination & creativity.
7. Feathers、stickers、nail stone、chains, lace, bulbs can be used as decorative materials & transformed into design materials. All kinds of clay sculpting materials、ready-made 3D sculpturing and 3D mold is NOT ALLOWED. Anyone found committing the act will be subjected to the judge committee’s review & 10 points will be deducted from total score if against regulation confirmed.
8. During competition, only the model & contestant can be in the competition area. The final design can only finish by model & contestant. NO other helper is ALLOWED.
◎ E . Mixed Nail Art – 10 pcs of long curve tips
1. The score will be appraised during the mixed nail art display. All the art works must be collected before 10:00 am on competition day. No overtime registration ALLOWED.
2. The exhibit boxes will be given after registration. The box size is 17x9x3cm. Only use Nails long curve artificial tips.(Y1NG1、Y1NJ21、Y1NJ22、Y1NJ23)
3. Tips sizes to be 1/3/4/5/6、1/3/4/5/6 (tips can be freely arranged, not necessarily to be according to size). 10 points will be deducted from total score if use single size tips.
4. Tips has to be thoroughly completed before competition. All the tips should put in box. NO marking on boxes ALLOWED. 5 points will be deducted from offenders.
5. All contestants need to hand in theme and the concept of creation. Or 5 points will be deducted.
6. Use of airbrush, nail art, 3D or gel is acceptable. Any form of decorative materials is also allowed. The competing item has to fit well into the box with its lids covered completely.
7. All kinds of clay sculpting materials、ready-made 3D sculpturing 、3D mold or stickers is not allowed. Or 10 will be deducted from total score.
8. Anyone found with infringement of design copyrights including logos printed on present boxes will have 10 points deducted from total score. Unless permission to use has been granted with proof.
9. No need to decorate the interior of boxes. Use of color papers to match tips is acceptable. 5 points will be deducted from offenders.
ONLY use justnail products are ALLOWED throughout competition. Anyone found not following to the rule will be penalized with 50points deduction from total score.
