CONSTRUCTION KICKS OFF ASBROADWAY ON ANN SALES HIT $100MILLION

CONSTRUCTION is due to commence on Metro Property Development’s Broadway on Ann apartment building in Fortitude Valley within daysas sales for the property rocket past $100 million.

Buyers have snapped up 93 per cent of the 247 apartments at Broadway on Ann, with total sales to date at now at more than $100 million.

Work on the $107milliondevelopment will start soon by Hindmarsh, the building company that has also been appointed to work on Metro’s Brooklyn on Brookes adjoining Emporium in Fortitude Valley.
