IP Gravy

Water

IP Chicken soup

Preparation:

Pour 6.5 oz. of hot water (not boiling) into a bowl (more or less water can be used, depending on desired thickness) . Add one packet of Ideal Protein chicken soup and mix with a hand mixer. Heat up to desired temperature and serve.

IP Potato Rolls:

1 package IP Potato Puree
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
Olive Oil (spray)
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 390F
Beat egg whites until foamy, but not stiff. Add in IP potato puree, baking powder & baking soda. Mix well. Batter should be medium thick. Spray cupcake pan with olive oil. Spoon batter into cupcake pan ½-3/4 full, large eggs will make 5 good size rolls. Spray top of each roll with olive oil spray. Bake 7 to 12 min. Rolls should rise and brown a bit. Don’t overcooks or they may become too "papery". Enjoy hot out of the oven! Hint: You can also add additional spices like Rosemary & Garlic Powder or Parsley & Thyme

IP Jello Salad

IP Cherry Gelatin

5 oz. boiling water

1 Cup diced tomato

1 deicedcucumber

1 cup bell pepper (any color)

½ tsp. Dijon mustard

1 tsp. Apple cider vinegar

Capers, Cumin, Mint, Salt

Preparation:

Slowly pour IP cherry gelatin into boiling water, let setup in refrigerator for 1 hour. In a bowl combine diced vegetables. In another bowl make dressing: combined mustard, vinegar, capers and seasonings, mix well. Pour veggie mix into bowl with dressing mix and mix to make sure all veggies are covered. Remove gelatin from refrigerator, mix it up with a fork to create small pieces, then pour over vegetable and dressing mix.

IP Green Bean Casserole:
IP Mushroom soup

1 can green beans (no salt added)
1 cup sliced mushrooms
Optional: 1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 oz milk (from morning coffee allowance)

Preparation:
Place everything in a wok or large skillet and heat until milk is partially evaporated. Mix up an IP Mushroom Soup with ½ the water for a sauce on the beans and mushrooms!

Pumpkin Caramel Mug Cake

1 IP pancake mix, dry

2 T. Walden Farms Caramel Syrup

¼ tsp. pumpkin pie spice

1 T. + 1 tsp. water

Preparation:

Place all ingredients in a standard size coffee mug; stir to mix.

Microwave 50 seconds, turn over onto a plate after baking. (You may need to run a knife around the edges of the cake to loosen from the mug, no need for cooking spray.)

Serve drizzled with Walden Farms pancake syrup or more caramel syrup.

TIP: This is a very good mug cake, they are challenging to make w/o getting dry and tough. Eat this cake as soon as you take it out of the microwave as it will begin to get dry and tough over time.

IP Apple Soy Puffs

IP Maple Oatmeal

4 cups peeled, thinly sliced zucchini (cut into quarters ) 4 tbsp. Walden Farms Carmel Dip 1tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 tsp. all spice ,

3/4 tsp. cinnamon

2tsp grape seed oil or olive oil

Preparation:

In a bowl mix zucchini, Walden Farms, all spice, cinnamon, lemon juice and vanilla extract. Pour mixture into pie pan or baking dish. Crush Apple Soy puffs into crumbs. Combined Soy Puff crumbs and Maple Oatmeal packet, Add 4 tsp. of oil and mash with a fork to moisten mixture, Crumble over top the of zucchini mixture. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
