Thank you's all around for successful My Ride show
It's a show I look forward to every year. For the past seven years, the Saturday Night Cruisers Car Club has hosted the My Ride Reunion Show. On Aug. 17, a breezy day brought 72 participants to Airplane Park in Monroe to spend the day with me and the Cruisers. There was a 50/50, music, food, door prizes and awards.

A variety of antiques, classics, motorcycles, firetrucks and more offered something for every enthusiast. Featured were several My Ride "Ride of the Month" winners over the years and the "Ride of the Year" winners. It's great to see these beauties up close.
This is a show that is not only for My Ride, but a show that brings car and bike folks together for a day. It's great meeting new folks and talking about their vehicles. Trophies were awarded to the top 20 and Roger Perry of Port Jervis took home the Best of Show trophy for his 1931 Ford Model A Hot Rod. It was such a tough judging process with so many beautiful rides there. They all deserved an award.
I would like to sincerely thank everyone who donated nonperishable food items and money for the Red Steel MC Food Pantry in Bullville. The back seat of my car was full and $140 in monetary donations was collected. Todd Weil, winner of the gift card raffle, was generous enough to donate it back to the charity. A total of $700 was raised for charity. Thank you!
