Dear Regina,

We have another visitor, Mr. Omer Bozkaya and family, coming to campus July 15th - November 5th, 2012. Would you be able to work with him directly to determine what accommodation that would work best for him? He will be staying with his wife and two children. Please let me know if you need anything.

I have to tell you that Dr. Alberto PatinoDouce could not say enough good things about you when you helped get Gokhan settled in. Our department is very thankful, and you are really praised by everyone who you have helped in our department!

Please let me know if you need anything. I will work with him on getting his visa. Please keep me in the loop.

Thank you, Rachel Ashton

Dear Mr. Kowalski:

My husband and I moved into one of the houses on Gilmore Circle Saturday, January 28, 2012. I wanted to let you know how impressed we are with the work Regina Sargent, Cameron Jacob and Thad Wright are doing.

My husband and I had planned to pick up our key before 5:00 PM on Friday, January 27. We realized that we might not be able to make it by 5:00 so we made arrangements to have someone else to pick up our key. Due to a communication mis-step, the key was not picked up by 5:00 and we did not know it. Regina went out of her way to contact me and let me know. After hearing our progress report, she also offered us a furnished unit rather than the unfurnished unit we had requested. How did she know weregrettednot getting the furnished unit? We accepted her offer and agreed to meet her on Saturday morning at her office.

Her smiling face and friendly manner made us feel welcomed in our new home. She saw to it that we had everything we needed before she left and let us know that if we needed anything else to stop by on Monday. On Monday morning we stopped by the office and discussed a few little problems and she assured us they would be taken care of. With the support of her staff, Cameron Jacob and Thad Wright, she kept her promise. She has taken the time to listen and to offer encouragement to me as I adjust to leaving my family in Texas and moving to my new home here in Athens.

I realize that this property had been vacant for some time and that we are the first residents to live here. There have been some minor issues and each one of the issues has been taken care of in such anexpedientmanner. Regina and her staff have such a wonderful attitude and desire to make our stay with them as nice as possible. You are indeed fortunate to have people like Regina, Cameron and Thad on your team and we are indeed fortunate to have the opportunity to live in our little house on Gilmore Circle. This will give us time to get to know Athens and its people. If the rest of our stay is as pleasant as these first few days, we will not want to leave Gilmore Circle.

Thank you to the University of Georgia for providing this service; to you for supporting this project and Regina's staff; and to Regina, Cameron and Thad who have been so accommodating.

Sincerely,

Cindy Malota
