Our Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process at staff level is generally made up of initial application, an interview and a job related assessment (for example an assessment on a fork lift truck).All parts of this process are scored and used in our decision making process. We also conduct a numeracy and literacy evaluation,but this is not scored within the process. On some occasions a second interview may be necessary to help us make our decisions.

In the application form sections 2 and 3 relating to skill, knowledge, experience and education are scored.Please see instructions in each section about what information we are looking for.
