Dear Sponsors,

The Ohio Pawpaw Festival, September 13-15,will be a harvest festival to remember.Last year there were 8,300 adults that attended. This is the fifteenth year that we have the privilege of working with the community, connecting thousands of people with their local economy.Every business in Southeast Ohio has an opportunity for their logo to be prominently marketed at the Ohio Pawpaw Festival. This year our sponsorship plan includes a booth, camping, and admission passes throughout the seven levels. Your business logo could be on the Ohio Pawpaw Festivalvolunteer t-shirts, on an event banner, the music stage, on posters, the webpage, and program.Through sponsorship, your business will havehigh visibility throughout the festival, gaining an edge on competitors and reaching a sizable audience with your message. It is an honor to invite you to join us once again for this unique Ohio Pawpaw Festival.

The festival remains accessible, affordable and filled with events that will get you moving, grooving, exploring and learning. The Ohio Pawpaw Festival began in 1999 after Chris Chmiel and his wife Michelle created Integration Acres where they sell everything pawpaw. They have successfully shared their enthusiasm for the pawpaw fruit which has inspired: the best pawpaw contest, a pawpaw eating contest, the pawpaw cook-off, and of course pawpaw beer. The Ohio Pawpaw Festival has inspired many people over the years; the pawpaw fruit even became Ohio’s Native Fruit in 2008!

The Ohio Pawpaw Festival will havelive music, camping, canoeing, fishing,Shawnee Native American art, yoga, tai-chi, and challenginggames for adults and children. A new addition this year will be created by Weston Lombard founder of Solid Ground Farm and Jamie Betit founder of On The Ball Fitness. They are creating a pawpaw gauntlet obstacle course for adults. Creating healthy communities is our theme this year! Think of your two most active employees now, for we will be having a local business competition. Children will have the pleasure of three giant inflatable playhouses along with a kids’ tent with various activities guided by the hour. Rural Action will also be working on a Zero Waste effort which continues to improve our environmental impact.

We hope that you become a sponsor today!I’ve attached further information regarding sponsorship, and would be glad to answer any questions by email or phone. Become a part of the Ohio Pawpaw Sponsorship Family. Let us help you further your connection with the public in a memorable fashion. Your business logo could be on the Ohio Pawpaw Festival volunteer t-shirts, on an event banner, the music stage, on posters, the webpage, and program.

Thank you for your interest. I look forward to speaking with you soon.
