III.Volunteers: Susan and Jane: When you recruit, please give Susan and Jane the names of Vols. and their times. We don’t want to double book people. There were 300-400 volunteers at the Salt Lake conf.

* Core leaders will talk to Tom or Mark

* Tom to Mark, Mark to Jamie, and Jamie to the Exec. Dir.

Also, go back and talk to Salt Lake and St. Louis people. What you hear is more accurate than what is written. Let the CP know about big discrepancies

Reports come out June 1. Get it by the end of June or early July

You can donate your expenses for Tax purposes 33 cents/mile

TESOL is a 501C3 non-profit and definitely will accept charitable contributions (such as your expenses—travel costs to planning meetings, etc)

Will select 750-800 Proposals

Strict on No Shows—Daily no shows at hospitality
