Terms and conditions:
1. This competition is open to South African residents, excluding employees, their spouses or life partners, immediate family members, agents and advertising/marketing agencies and business partners of Parmalat SA (Pty) LTD.
2. This competition will commence on 4 April 2016 and terminate on 8 April 2016 and will only run on Ukhozi FM Nationally.
3. Entry into this competition is only valid once a listener calls into the radio station’s morning show and guesses “what time it is” based on the sounds played during the competition.
4. Winners of the competition will be announced on the day of the competition and names will be forwarded to Parmalat SA (Pty) LTD for prize distribution.
5. The decision of Parmalat SA (Pty) LTD with regard to all aspects of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. All winners’ names must be received by Parmalat SA (Pty) LTD on or before 30 April 2016.
7. Parmalat SA (Pty) LTD will assume no liability for any direct or indirect damages to any person and/or property occurring as a result of participation in the competition.
8. Parmalat SA (Pty) LTD will send prizes within 1 month from winners being announced
9. Parmalat SA (Pty) LTD will be responsible to courier prizes to winners. Parmalat SA (Pty) Ltd will not be responsible for sending prizes to addresses that have been incorrectly provided.
10. Parmalat SA (Pty) LTD is not responsible for entries that are late, lost, misdirected, garbled, damaged, illegible or incompletely received for any reason.
11. Parmalat SA (Pty) LTD shall be entitled in its entire discretion to reject any entry should such entry fail to comply with the rules of this competition and will not be obliged to enter into correspondence with any individual regarding this competition.
12. The prizes are as stated, are not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
13. The winner will be notified via the Morning show on Ukhozi FM during the competition slot.
14. Acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use the winner’s name, telephone number, address and likeness for editorial, advertising, publicity and television broadcast without further compensation, unless the winner notifies Parmalat in writing.
15. The daily prize for the competition is 1 x Shoprite voucher/ gift card worth R 5000 and 1 month supply of milk, which equates to 6x 1L of Parmalat Everfresh UHT milk.
16. The bonus prize competition will occur and be effected on the last day of the competition, namely 8 April 2016, where 1 listener stands a chance to win 1 x R 5000 gift card/ voucher and 1 x year supply of milk (12 x 6x1L of Parmalat EverFresh UHT milk)
17. Prizes will expire within 3 months if not redeemed or if the incorrect addresses were provided.
