Terms and Conditions for Premier Foods Chinese New Year Competition 2014
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. You will be legally bound by these terms from the time you submit an entry for thePremier Foods Chinese New Year Competition 2014.
1The promotion is only open to UK professional caterers.
2To enter the promotion, the entrant must emailtheir full name, e-mail address, postal address, postcode, and their catering outlet to .
3All entries must be received by no later than 17.00 on the 10th February 2014(the “Competition Closing Date”).The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries received after the Competition Closing Date.
4Entries will only be accepted fromprofessional caterers and only one entry is permitted per person. Any subsequent entries received from any entrant who has already submitted an entry will be disqualified.
5One winner, who will be selected in accordance with Clause 6 below, will win a 32 GB Microsoft Surface Tablet RT 10.6 (“The Prize”).
6The winnerwill be selected at random by the Promoter from the entries submitted (in accordance with these terms and conditions) within 2 days of the Competition Closing Date.
7The winner will be notified (via email) no later than 5 days after the Competition Closing Date.If after 5 days and having made reasonable efforts, the Promoter is unable to contact the winner, then thePromoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to an alternative winner, drawn at randomusing the same selection process in clause 6 above.
8The Promoter will send the winner the Prize within 28 days of having successfully notified the winner that they have won the promotion.
9The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry which is not made in accordance with these terms and conditions and anydecision of the Promoter as to eligibility to take part in the Promotion or the result of the Promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, delayed, not received, the submission of incomplete information or any other reason and such entries may be disqualified.
10There is no cash alternative to the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute a reasonably equivalent alternative Prize, of equal or greater value, should circumstances make this necessary.
11The Promoter reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Promotion in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, which it considers make it necessary for it to do so.
12The winner may be required to take part in non-paid publicity or advertising relating to the Promotion.

14By entering the Promotion, all entrants consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and the winner consents to the transfer of its name and location to the Data Controller for the purposes of advertising, promotion and/or publicity in connection with the Promotion and the Premier Foods brand.

16The Promotion and these terms and conditions are subject the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes must be referred to the English courts.
