By Engaging in Our Services ( Service ) You ( You ) Agree to These Terms and Conditions

By engaging in our services (“Service”) you (“You”) agree to these terms and conditions (“Terms”) and those set out on our website at [

1. Payment and Quotes
2. Skycam charges a flat fee (“Fee”) for services, which have been provided to you in the form of a quote.
3. A Quote will have been provided to You with an estimated Fee based on information provided to us.
4. All quotes are estimates and where a Services exceeds the quote, the representative shall discuss and agree the Fee with you prior to carrying out any work.
5. Payments shall be made in pounds sterling (GBP) and shall be inclusive of all VATs and relevant taxes and shall be paid in cash upon completion of the Service. It is Your responsibility to ensure that payment is made on the due date.
6. Your Responsibilities
7. You must be over the age of 18 to engage in The SkyCam Services.
8. You are solely responsible for the legality of the footage and/or images you request to be taken by The SkyCam.
9. Where footage or images are to be taken on private land/property you are solely responsible for having gained legal access and permission for yourself and any The SkyCam representatives and equipment to be present. Any issues relating to on site attendance by the land/property owner shall be your responsibility and any costs related to such attendance, such as fines etc., shall be borne by you.
10. You agree that you have provided the representative with all relevant and correct information as best as you can and to the best of your knowledge.
11. You shall still be obligated under these Terms to pay the full Fee quoted if a representative attends the location, and we are not allowed entry or access or you cancel the Service upon arrival of the representative.

1. OurResponsibilities
2. The SkyCam and its representatives shall do its utmost to ensure a fast, reliable service at all times. However, Skycam cannot guarantee the quality of the footage or images taken where force majeure events take place, or where weather impacts the Services
3. The SkyCamshall provide all relevant equipment to carry out the Service and the representatives qualified to use such equipment.
4. The SkyCam shall not continue to carry out a Service where You or any other person in attendance is rude, harassing, abusive or intoxicated or where the representative is unable to access the location.
5. Acceptance of Service and Sign Off
6. By signing these Terms, You agree that the Service has been carried out successfully.
7. In addition to clause 4.1 above, You also agree that the Service has been carried out to the standards set in these Terms and that the Service has been completed in line with these Terms.
