d) The Tender Security will be required in form of a Dammand Draft/Pay order from any schedule Bank in favour of Accounts Officer (RAC), BWDB, Patuakhali or in the form of irrevocable Bank Guarantee in favour of the Executive Engineer, Barguna O&M Division, BWDB, Barguna.
e) Work may decrease for which no claim will be entertained.
f) Subject to availability/assurence of full fund/partial fund Notice of Award will be Issued.
g) Payment will be made upon availibility of fund/budget. It may requirs one or more financial years.
