Temporary Sitters Service Terms and Conditions:
The church will be billed $11.00 for each service call filled by Temporary Sitters Unlimited.A service call is defined as a call filled by a sitterfor a specific event. For example, if two sitters are used in one day, that is two service calls. If one caregiver is used two days, that is two service calls.Temporary Sitters will invoice agency fees on a weekly basis.
We require a 4 hour minimum for the services of our sitters. The hourly rate for sitters working in churches is $10 per hour. These payments are to be made directly to the sitters, not the agency.
Sitters are to be paid the full sitting rate for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance and Temporary Sitters Unlimited will keep the $11 agency fee.
Once a sitter is confirmed and you cancel before 24 hours in advance, you will only be charged the $11 agency fee.
All fees and payments are non-refundable.
***HOLIDAY RATES
We require a 4 hour minimum for the services of our sitters. The hourly rate for sitters working in churches on a holiday is $18 per hour. These payments are to be made directly to the sitters, not the agency. Agency fee of $11 is the same for holidays.
I authorize Temporary Sitters Unlimited (the Agency) to act as a referral agency when I request services. I understand that the childcare workers referred by the Agency on temporary assignments are my employees and that the Agency is not their employer. If I employ a worker on a referral from the Agency, in consideration of the referral, screening and support services provided by the Agency, I authorize the Agency to charge me or my company any applicable registration and referral fees, according to the fee schedule provided. Fees are subject to change.My church, our parishioners, families will use the services of the childcare workers referred by the Agency only when contracting through the Agency. I understand that if I do not schedule a sitter referred to by the agency through the agency, I will no longer receive service from the agency. I hereby agree to hold the Agency harmless of any and all loss, damage, destruction or accident claims which may arise out of or in connection with the rendering of any services by any worker referred by the Agency.
