Project Scope

[Describe thekind of educational project for which you are requesting funds. Is it an adaptation of an existing course or development of a new course, course module, or educational artifact?] What impact will the project haveon new or existing articulation agreements? On credit or non-credit courses? If credit, for what certificate(s) or degree program(s)?]

Target Audience

[Who will be your targeted students–community college students, incumbent workers, or others? How many students will be impacted? Will they be for degree, non-degree, or certificate programs?]

Qualifications

[Describe what skills, experiences, and organizational resources you and other personnel who will be engaged bring to the project. Include the capabilities of partners and collaborators supporting your project and brief Bios or Curriculum Vitaes.]

Project Plan

[How will you gather and organize the requirements and resources for the project? What is your plan, including major milestones, for developing all educational materials to be funded? They must be submitted in editable format for inclusion in the CAAT website that is accessible by other educational institutions and other organizations. For a course, these materials include: Course Description (including pre-requisites, audience, curriculum or other certificate program that contains this course, etc), Course Objectives, Course Outcomes, Course Syllabus, Instructor Materials by class period including PowerPoint slides, and other artifacts such as Student Materials, Lab Activities and Objectives, Lab Equipment, Pre- and Post- Tests, and Exams.]

Quality Assurance

[What outcomes will be specified for the curriculum/educational materials and what evidence will you collect to demonstrate that the curriculum is effective? What steps will you take to pilot or testyour proposal and make adjustments to reflect the pilot results?]

Timeline

[Provide a timeline of important milestones in completing the project. Please include contract invoice/payment dates tied to the project milestones and deliverables.]

Budget

[Provide your budget for the project detailing other sources of support and specifying labor, materials, travel, equipment, and administrative costs with justification for each.]

Reports

[You will be asked to submit brief progress reports that coincide with the project milestones and invoice submittals as stated in your project’s timeline in your proposal.]
