Directions from Austin:
Take Highway 290 West out of Austin. About 14 miles outside of Austin you will turn south (left) in Dripping Springs onto RR12. Go another 14 miles into Wimberley. At the third light make a right turn onto River Road. Go about 1 mile and turn right at the stop sign onto Wayside Drive. You will take Wayside Drive for about 6 miles. Wayside Drive crosses several low water crossings (one of which has water over it year-round). John Knox Ranch is immediately on your left after you cross the river. Please enter through our main gate; it is the third one on the left with a large rock sign. If you are coming to John Knox Ranch to drop off or pick up your children for summer resident camp, registration is at the dining hall; it is the first gate on your left after you cross the river, before you go up the hill.
Directions from San Antonio:
Take Highway 281 North out of San Antonio. About 30 miles outside of San Antonio you will turn east (right) just north of Spring Branch on FM 306. From there, travel just under 10 miles and turn north (left) on FM 484. FM 484 will take you 2.5 miles to RR 32. Turn east (left) onto RR32. Travel 1/2 a mile on RR32, there will be an easy left hand turn onto Mail Route Road. THIS TURN IS EASY TO MISS. Turn left on Mail Route Road and travel about 3 miles to John Knox Rd. Take a left onto John Knox Road. John Knox Ranch is 1.5 miles ahead. Please use our main gate that will be straight ahead of you as you reach the ranch. If you are coming to John Knox Ranch to drop off or pick up your children for summer resident camp, registration is at the dining hall. Continue on John Knox Road (it makes a sharp left just before our main gate,) go down the hill and the gate is immediately on your right.
