To use the Submission form, simply enter your data in the orange shaded boxes. Some of the boxes have built-in character counts based on the specification. Therefore, if you find you can’t enter any more data in the box, you’ve reached the character limitation for that particular spec.

Deadlines

CBS Interactive requires that all creative be submitted three business days prior to launch date.

Any creative not conforming to the above specifications will not be placed online and will result in a delayed launch date.

How to Submit your Creative:

1. Make sure the submission form is complete.

2. Save this document as spotlight.doc.

3. Attach your spotlight.doc file with your images.

4. Then:

a. Send the submission form with images via e-mail to: your CBS Interactive representative.

b. Post the submission form and images to a www page or FTP site and send the location via email to your CBS Interactive representative.

5. Please be sure to include the advertiser’s name, your name, and your contact information in case CBS Interactive has any questions regarding your submission
