Tournament Details
St. Annes FC’s football tournament will take place on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th June 2017. We’ll be running competitions for up to eleven age groups (seven Boys/Mixed and four Girls-only).
Please note the age groups used in our tournament will be as per the 2016/2017 (CURRENT) season. The tournament will be held at our home ground on Blackpool Road North, St. Annes, Lancashire, FY8 3DA. Directions will be issued to all confirmed entrants in our Tournament Welcome Pack.
There will be a full programme of entertainment throughout the weekend with catering facilities on-site serving hot and cold food and drinks, ice cream, sweets plus inflatables, speed gun challenge, beat the keeper, hair and face painting and an on-site photographer with pictures available to purchase.
We will have referees to officiate in ALL games and remind you that each team manager is responsible for all of their players, coaches and spectators. Any disputes will be settled by the Tournament Co-ordinator.
Teams will be split into groups with each team playing each other. The tournament will be played in accordance with the FA guidelines. A maximum of 4 teams per club per age group will be allowed to enter (unless agreed otherwise) and each team can register a maximum of 8 players for 5 a-side, 10 players for 7 a-side and 14 players for 9 a-side formats (again unless otherwise agreed). Players may only play for one team throughout the competition.
Both Saturday and Sunday will be full days, indicatively 9.00am registration with finals and presentations late afternoon. The winning team in EACH age group will be presented with a Winner’s trophy, with all players participating in the final receiving a trophy or medal.
NOTE – The format will be flexible for different numbers of entries but our overriding principle will be to ensure the boys and girls play as much football as possible and most of all have fun.

E-mail applications received without the entry fee will be held for a maximum of 7 days. On receipt of your entry form and entry fee, we will be in touch to confirm your place.
Payments are possible via BACS bank transfer, if you would prefer to pay by this method, please contact us for our bank details.

· The Entry Fee is £35 for the first team from a club and £30 for any subsequent teams.

St. Annes FC reserves the right to alter the format of any of the age group tournaments and will notify all confirmed participants of any changes made.
