Disclaimer for those enrolling in an IHCTL course

Please read the below, sign it, and return it to the Teacher Training centre hosting the IHCTL course.

1.  I understand that if I decide to withdraw from the course at any time, the course fees will not be reimbursed.

2.  I understand that it is possible to receive a “fail” result, that the result cannot be changed, and that course fees will not be reimbursed for reasons related to my grade.

3.  I am aware that the course is extremely demanding, that 100% attendance is required, and that a considerable amount of work will be required of me outside the scheduled contact hours.

4.  In the event of a course participant being accepted onto the course following an interview but later being deemed unacceptable, the school reserves the right to refund the course fees (exclusive of the moderation fee and any travel or living expenses incurred) and deny access to further training on that course. IH reserves the right to do this only before 50% of the course has been completed, after which the course participant will not be asked to leave the programme except in the case of gross misconduct. The decision lies with the Main Course Tutor and the Director of the school.

5.  I confirm that all information I have stated about myself in the application and interview process is true, and that I have disclosed any information about my health and personal situation that might hinder my ability to complete the course requirements.

I have read, understood and accepted the above conditions.
