Public Appearance Tool (PAT) provides a mean to capture and record all public appearance information and develop an approval workflow for Control Group pre-clearance as well as Press Officer and potentially others approvals. The whole workflow system existed in Savion and the firm wanted to build the same in PEGA. The application in PEGA has completed the Development.

· Worked closely with the business analyst, UI expert and the customer to capture requirements analyses and implement the solutions.
· Worked closely with the UI expert to get the desired look and feel in PEGA implementation along with the smooth workflow implementation.
· Worked on External table, Database Mapping tool, Connect-SQL to connect external table.
· Worked on emails, Know how to send an exception email if any email send to Invalid Email ID, Know how to send attachment in email using pega.
· Worked on Problem Flow, Connection Problem and know how to requeue any case if any exception occurs during working on the case.
· Developed Activities with Error handling and Message logging.
· Worked on Dynamic System settings, Agents & Agent Schedules.
