Plus Charter Example and Template
Explanation
The Integration Team will create a Charter to document the mission, goals, and deliverables of the team.
How to Use
- The Integration Team Leader facilitates the team Charter discussion. S/he should use a printing white board or flip chart, paper and pens to record team members' thoughts and contributions as well as decisions made by the team.

Discuss the team Charter by:

Creating the team's mission.- Describe the objectives of the team.

Identifying team goals, deliverables, and due dates.- Refer to the high-level plans provided by the Executive Team, Steering Committee and Integration Team Leader.
 - Outline the team's goals and major deliverables.

Establishing success measures.- How will the team define success? How will you measure your effectiveness?

Determining reporting and communication responsibilities.- Who is this team accountable to?
 - How often will you communicate with this person/team?

Identifying resource needs and availability.- What person or group will your team need information or decisions from, or who will the team need to provide information or decisions to?
