THESE NEED TO BE COMPLETED BY FRIDAY:
¨ Student need to have 20 minutes by Friday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. each (maybe this is a weekend activity). You may use www.ixl.com/signin/johnswett to practice math facts or practice the current concept we are working on in class. I get a report each week tracking minutes of IXL for each student.
¨ To improve oral fluency (story telling), read aloud the story passage in the attached Reading Homework Packet (fiction and non-fiction will alternate) and answer the comprehension questions – it needs to be signed by both the student and the parent for credit.
This is a checklist to reflect normal, full school weeks. I will modify jobs for shortened school weeks or as necessary to meet the needs of the students in the class. Thank you.
