RULES OF STORAGE

1. The services tariff expressed in the Rental Schedule, attached hereto marked Annexure “A”, includes the launch and retrieval of the Vessel between the hours of 06h00-18h00, but excludes after hours launch or retrieval. Launching and retrieving after these hours will be an additional charge based on staff overtime rates and set out in Annexure “A”.

2. Launching before 06h00 requires prior notification by the Customer.

3. The services tariff expressed in Annexure “A” is inclusive of the following: Regular wash and cleaning of recreational Vessels during ordinary business hours, free use of water, regular inspections, inflating of trailer tires and reports on obvious defects or potential defects.

4. Cleaning of Vessels by the Company’s staff after hours may be effected by special arrangement only and at an additional charge to be determined by the Company.

5. Electricity use will be supplied upon application therefore.

6. Items such as, but not limited to, trailer boards, crayfish nets, fishing tackle, etc shall not be stored in or around the Boatyard unless kept on board the Vessel.

7. No vessels will be allowed to be towed out of the Hout Bay harbour unless the Customer’s Debt has been paid in full and the Customer has made prior arrangements with the Company during ordinary business hours.

8. No vehicles are permitted inside the Boatyard premises.

9. All recreational boats must be equipped with protective covers.
