Taking Care of the Best
Campbellsport Fire Department Auxiliary will award a scholarship in the amount of $250.00 to a graduating senior of Campbellsport High School pursuing a technical, associate, or a bachelor’s degree program in an accredited school.
The application should include the following:
1. Application form
2. Organizations – List School and non-school related organizations.
3. List volunteer opportunities you have completed.
4. Essay about: Please explain your educational goals and how you hope to make a difference in the world once you are in the work force. Please have a minimum of 500 words.
5. Two letters of recommendation:
a. One from a teacher.
b. One from someone other than a friend or relative.
6. Minimum grade point average of a 2.0 on a 4.0 scale.
7. To be awarded this scholarship recipient must submit an official transcript of your completed 2nd semester, of your freshman year, no later than July 30th. If recipient does not turn in transcript by deadline, the scholarship will not be awarded.
8. Please include a return address, so we know how to reach you in the future.
9. Please include a 2” x 3” photo of yourself.
