Preparation of WPS, Construction method of statements, ITP’s and inspection test methodology, weld joint repairing methodology, Organizing WPS, WQT and verification of test results and records, issuing welder ID. Cards.
Preparation and Record maintenance of (i) WPS’s (ii) piping line class tables (iii) Welders performance qualification log, (iii) renewal of performance qualifications (iv) weld rejection / acceptance records, (v) Individual welder’s performance quality, and (vi) project welding quality records.
Planning, organizing, and supervision for the effective utilization of day/night shift welding operation. Allocation of welders on percentage RT lines minimizes the number of RT per test package. Monitoring daily production of welders.

Review the Subcon blasting & painting procedure, HSE requirements and conducting Inspection of the surface preparation blasting & painting, wrapping, coating, holiday testing and insulation, Fire Proofing works as EPC Inspector as per Exxon Mobil GP & SSPC.Review the painting scheme applicable on piping line class & oil Tankage. Review & sign of the final paint reports to meet the Quality requirements.
Worked asEPC QA/QC Inspector in a project organizing and job monitoring a crew having four Welding inspectors, two NDT & PWHT technicians, one painting inspector Interaction with them and reviewing their reports.
