Players may only play in two adjoining age groups e.g. 30/40, 40/50, 50/60, 60/70, 70/75/80.

** Players must ensure that they are available to play at the scheduled starting time of each event as no effort will be made by the Tournament Committee to locate those absent.

The maximum number of events a player may enter is 6. If 6 events are entered the maximum total fee is $ 45.00

VETERAN EVENTS

Conditions of Entry

1. The Tournament will be held under TTSA Inc., TTA. and ITTF.

regulations and the current laws of Table Tennis.

2.  All events will be the best of five (5) games to 11 points (Advantage).

3.  Singles Events will be conducted on a Knock-out basis.

4.  40+mm 3-Star DHS Seamed Plastic white balls will be used in all events NO WHITE CLOTHING to be worn.

5.  All players are required to umpire as requested.

6.  A 2-minute warm-up period applies and play MUST commence after this time.

7. All competitors must be registered members of a registered Club or

Association affiliated with the TTSA Inc., or an association affiliated with the ITTF.

8. Dress regulations of the TTSA Inc., and the TTA will be enforced.

NO tracksuits or part thereof may be worn while playing except with the permission of the referee.

9. Each match shall be controlled by an Umpire, whose decision shall be final in point of fact. The Referee's decision shall be final on point of Law.

10. Players absent when called upon to play AT ANY TIME will render themselves liable to disqualification.

11.  ELIGIBILITY: Age as at 31st December 2016.

12. No late entries will be accepted. (Entries close 4th March 2016)

13. Please consider the timetable when entering events.

14. The Expedite rule will be applied in accordance with the rules.

15. Players may only play in two adjoining age groups e.g. 30/40, 40/50, 50/60, 60/70, 70/75/80 depending on the number of entrants.

16. The Tournament Committee reserves the right to :

1) Cancel any event, due to insufficient entries

2)  Refuse an entry

3)  Alter times of play if necessary

4)  Decide eligibility of players for any event

5)  We reserve the right to play matches earlier than the scheduled time if tables are available and players are available

17. STATE TEAM SELECTION - Please be advised that players need to compete in singles in 50% of sanctioned tournaments to make themselves eligible for State Team Selection. They are City of Adelaide Tournaments, Brighton Tournaments, City of Mitcham Tournaments, State titles for all age groups, City of Onkaparinga Tournaments, Woodville and Jamestown Tournaments.
