SYSTOPIA CASHLESS PAYMENT SYSTEM – Quick Reference Guide
From the Good2Go Link
- Access to the Good2Go link is you are a new user click on the ‘New User’ button, otherwise log-in using your email address and Good2Go password from previous registrations
New user
- Enter your name and email address.
- Create yourself a password. Your password must have a minimum length of 8 and contain at least 1 number, 1 lower case, 1 capital and 1 special character.
- Follow instructions sent to your e-mail to complete the registration process
Home Page
- After logging on the home screen will be shown, the account balance is displayed at the top.
- Fouroptions are available.
TopUp
- TopUps can be entered each time the account requires funds, or you can save a card securely, or an AutoTopUp can be configured to automatically TopUp as the account balance drops to a selected value.
- To carry out a manual TopUp select ‘manual top up’ and select amount to be loaded from the grid of buttons.
- To save a card for faster TopUp’s select ‘add card’ and select amount to be loaded from the grid of buttons.
- Select the type of card you wish to use.
- Enter the details as required and click ‘yes, I confirm my payment”.
- If your card is registered, you may be taken to the Verified by VISA or Mastercard SecureCode web page where you will need to enter your secondary password.
- Finally, you will be shown a message to indicate that your transaction was successful and your account has been topped up, you will also receive a confirmation email.
- You may use the funds immediately.
AutoTopUp
- Select ‘setup auto topup’ from a saved card.
- Select the amount to be Topped Up to your account (min £10).
- Enter the last 4 digits of the saved card.
- Users who configure an AutoTopUpcan be given an overdraft facility of £5, the available balance will increase by the AutoTopUp amount.
- Note there is no overdraft facility without using AutoTopUp
Manage Account
- Click on ‘Manage Account’
- From this screen, you can change your email address andPassword
Account History
- Click on ‘History’ to be shown your transactions, the most recent at the top of the page.
- To view older transactions, click on the page box at the bottom of the list.
Forgotten Password
- Should a password be forgotten, then click on the ‘Forgotten Password’ button on the Log-On screen.
- An account will be locked following 3 attempts to log on with the incorrect password; a password reset will unlock the account.
- Enter your email address you registered with.
- Enter the result of the calculation shown.
- Follow instructions sent to your email.
