REPORT FOR 01.09.2017
Swachhta pledge was taken by all the staff member and students of I and II Shift. The Principal Mr. V K Yadav addressed the students and encouraged them to stay clean and promote cleanliness.
Swachhta Sena was constituted and the rationale behind this was discussed.
REPORT FOR 04.09.2017
On 04 Sept 2017 cleanliness drive was organized in blocks namely B, C and D under the inchargeship of following teachers-
1)Mr. Suresh Kumar (TGT Hindi) – B Block
2)Mr. Ram Swaroop (TGT S.St.)- C Block
3)Mr. A.P. Chaurasia (PGT Maths) – D Block
With the help of schools MTS(Multitask staff) all the unclean areas/spots were identified and cleaning was done.
REPORT FOR 05.09.2017
On 04.09.2017 different areas of Vidyalaya premises Block B, C, & D corridors, Badminton court, playground have been clean lined.
During physical verification all are found well, except cleanliness of B block toilets.
To deliberate the matter all toilets of Block B, C and D have been re clean lined under my supervision and found the toilets well cleaned.

Swachh Bharat Abhiyan quiz competition was conducted on 06.09.2017 by the moderators Ms. Meena Singh and Mr. Uma Shankar. All students participated eagerly and enthusiastically. They enjoyed the programme & enhanced their knowledge also. Programme ended with a clapping for all.

A debate competition on the topic ‘Can Swachh Bharat Abhiyan be successful in India?’ was held on 07 September 2017.
Students participated enthusiastically and expressed their views on the topic. Kamna of class X A, Shivaji House stood first. Second position was secured by Amandeep X C, Ashoka House. Tanya Singh X D, Raman House got third position.
The above mentioned position holders spoke for the notion. Overall it was a successful event.
REPORT FOR 11.09.2017
The cleaning of library, under supervision of Mrs. Meera Pandey, Librarian was carried out. The students of class X participated in this process. All the books were taken out from various shelves , almirahs were cleaned and the books were stacked properly. Even the display charts were prepared by the students.

Poster making competition for classes 6th to 8th was organised by Mrs. Deepa Meena (Art Teacher). Many students from all the sections of these classes participated in this competition. The creative charts and posters were displayed for everyone to see. The efforts of students were appreciated by all.

The cleaning of Physics Lab under the supervision of Sh. Anil Kumar Tyagi and Sh. Vidya Kishore (PGT Physics), Chemistry Lab under supervision of Sh. Prem Kumar and Sh. L. N. Gupta ( PGT Chemistry), Bio Lab under supervision of Sh. Anwar Ahmad(PGT Bio) and Computer Labs under the supervision of Sh. Ajay Godwal and Smt. Sonia Sharma (PGT Computer Science) was done. The students of classes XI and -XII participated in it.

A play was enacted by students from both primary and secondary wings. The title of the play was Clean Vidyalaya, Clean India. The message of the play was that we should not only keep our immediate surroundings clean but should also volunteer for spreading this message to others so that we achieve the mission of Clean India together.

A rally was taken out by the students of the primary wing. The primary teachers also participated in it. The students not only cleaned the Vidyalaya surroundings but also raised slogans for this cause. The entire atmosphere was full of enthusiasm and the students made efforts to make others join this rally.
