Martin Stands Up Against Bullying!

October is Bullying Prevention Month. Martin County School District encourages its staff and students to take a stand against bullying; we know it is a painful subject for students who have been victimized. Sometimes reading a book about a character that shares similar experiences allows a child to feel comfortable enough to talk about their own. The following titles and resources for students, parents, and educators have been gathered from various websites and relate to the theme of bullying. They are not required reading but are merely suggestions of books you may want to read to your child, with your child, or recommend to your child after you have read the book and deemed it suitable.
