We are due for a Limited Assurance regime in view of receiving a Qualified Report from BDO last year.
With projects during the coming year it is expected that we will exceed £25k expenditure in coming year and this will happen again for 2018/19 / To be submitted by 25/6/18.

b) Year End 2017/18 PFK Littlejohn isthe new External Auditors following changes in last year to the Auditors and Audit process. - AGAR (Annual Governance and Accountability Return )and External Audit timescales.

Bus shelters Slates need fixing on windowsills. Cllr McClure arranging.

Slippery path at Skittergate- Update from Cllr Maynard regardingthe installation of a handrail on the steep part of the footpath which should be installed by time of this meeting.

SLDC Inspection report:-No issues.

Repairs to footpath –Grant application £1350 approved September 2017 - Update on progress- Cllr Armstrong/Cllr McClure. N.B. Cumbria Community Foundation – progress report needed regarded footpath project. Start date/target completion date needed ASAP
