·  DLA J-7 (DoD-wide?) requirement to flag all procurements related to Disaster Relief, etc via Project Code in the Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS). However, Category C or D Project Code may not be assigned; Category A may be applicable. Even when provided, Project Code assignment takes time to coordinate for CAT C and CAT D to respond to Hurricanes once they are deemed disasters.
·  Discuss proposal to set up a pipeline of these together with OSD for use when a natural disaster occurs that will be disseminated with all Services and DLA the moment a Disaster is declared so that all orders related to that disaster can be tracked in DoD using the same Project Code / Components
