TERMS AND CONDITION:
1) The Price Bid Document is Rs.10000/-Plus VAT extra for each tender.2) The Sale of the Tender document is from 05/11/07 to 13/11/07 between 11.00 hrs. To 15.00 hrs. on working days at MSEDCL Circle office Osmanabad on payment in cash only.3) The Last date of Submission of tender documents is 15/11/07 up to 14.00 hrs. in the office of the Superintending Engineer MSEDCL, O&M Circle Barshi Naka Osmanabad .4) Bids will be opened on the date 15/11/07at 16.00 hrs. in presence of the Bidder if possible or on the next working day. 5)The EMD is 1% of estimated value in the form of Bank Guarantee of any Nationalized/Scheduled Bank having Branch in Maharashtra State, in favor of Superintending Engineer MSEDCL O&M Circle Osmanabad. 6) Solvency equivalent to the Tender Value of any Nationalized Bank valid upto six months from the date of submission of Tender & shall be submitted with bid documents. 7) The bidder has to submit the bid in three envelopes. Envelope No.1 Should contain the documents: a) Copy of receipt bid purchased b) Copy of Govt. Electrical License c) Pan No. d) PF Registration e) Experience certificate from competent authority for similar type of works carried out in last three years with copies of order’s & the bidder should have annual turnover at least 50% of the tender value for any two years during the span of last five years. f) EMD & Solvancy of amount as above should be attached. On satisfaction of above documents, Envelope No.2 will be opened. Envelope No.2: should contain the original Tender document & should be filled completely and duly signed with the seal of agency on terms & condition as well as rates quoted. Envelope No.3 will contain Env. 1&2. 8) Bid documents are not transferable & one bid document for one Tender 9) Request for sending bid documents by post will not be entertained. 10)The lowest rates from the above Tenders will be considered for order & lowest Agency against these Tenders if gives their consent to this rate then order will be given.11)The undersigned reserve the right to allot part of order to other Tenderers other than first lowest if they give consent for the lowest rate immediately after opening the bids.12)The undersigned reserve the right to revise/postpone/reject any or all tenders without giving any reason thereof.13) Other terms & conditions mentioned in Tender document.
