- Le Conseil National pour l’Accès aux Origines Personelles (CNAOP): . Le Conseil National pour l'Accès aux Origines Personnelles est compétent pour communiquer l’identité des parents de naissance après avoir vérifié leur volonté de lever le secret concernant cette identité et non pour rechercher ces mêmes parents s’ils n’ont pas demandé le secret. - Consultation Filiations, Consultation Psychologique pour l’enfant et la Famille: Dirigé par le Dr P.Lévy Soussan. - L'Association Enter – L’Arbre Vert: . L’Arbre Vert est unlieu d'accueil et d'écoute pour les parents et futurs parents adoptifs et leurs enfants.
- Mouvement pour l'adoption sans frontière: Association regroupant lesparents d'enfants adoptés dans divers pays du monde. Est composé de 12 associations de parents adoptifs par pays d'origine (APPO) et une association généraliste (ASF) qui, suite aux mobilisations qui ont entourées la ratification de la Convention de La Haye par la France et la publication de la "Circulaire Guigou" (février 1999), ont décidé de se mobiliser ensemble sur les principes et objectifs définis par la Charte du MASF.
