Experiences included diagnostic interviews and assessments for PTSD; compensation and pension evaluations for a variety of mental health diagnoses; provision of evidenced ba/sed treatment for PTSD including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Image Rehearsal Therapy (IRT), and trauma-related insomnia therapy; developing a relationship enhancement workshop for OEF/OIF couples; participating in the family mental health treatment team; providing supervision to intern and practicum level trainees; provision of didactic presentations to clinical staff; administratively managing and screening incoming PTSD program consults; facilitating recovery-oriented treatment groups,CPT groups, acceptance and commitment-based treatment (ACT) groups, and process-orientedtreatment groups; participating in team meetings, didactics, and consulting with team members; traveling to community-based outpatient clinics (CBOCs) to provide mental health services (Laplace and Slidell CBOC's).
