ANNUAL INSPECTION

Candidates are permitted in the room for introductions

Candidates can also be in the room for the opening of the degree they are receiving that night

1. Always open in The Royal Arch Degree in Full Form for Inspection. (unless a special Convocation and with permission of the Deputy).

2. Transaction of urgent business only (if stated Convocation.) (If Special Convocation, purpose is inspection, petitions may be voted upon at any Special Convocation).

3. Introductions (No Companion should be introduced more than once AT THE ALTAR!

THE FOLLOWING GROUPS STAND AT THEIR SEATS WITH APPLAUSE AFTER

High Priest calls on individual groups to stand at seats and introduce themselves. After last man in group is recognized Master asked for round of applause.

A. Visiting High Priests (stand and give name and Chapter

B. Presiding officers of Lodges, Councils, Commanderies, Scottish Rite, or other bodies.

C. All 50 Year or more members.

D. Your own Past High Priest.

E. District Officers.

(Note: District Officers, Past High Priest, and 50 year members are not entitled to Grand Honors under those titles alone.

THE FOLLOWING ARE IN ONE GROUP AT THE ALTAR WITH GRAND HONORS

High Priest calls on men to be formally introduced at the Altar to retire and after being lined up, the group is escorted in, (all in one line), introduced, and given Grand Honors.

F. District Education Officer. (applause, unless KYCH or Other)

G. Chapter Distinguished Service Award, Council Distinguished Achievement Award, and Knight Templar Cross of Honor.

H. Present and Past Grand Officers (not Grand Presiding Officers or Grand Chapter Officers).

I. Present and Past District Deputies (Present Arch Adjutants) of all OTHER Masonic Bodies

J. Knights of the York Cross of Honour.

K. 33rd Degree Masons.
