“All In” Award
Perfect for Las Vegas, this award level is exactly that—going “All In” with SuccessFactors HCM Suite. This award category focuses on SuccessFactors customers who have adopted the entire SuccessFactors Suite (including Employee Central, Talent Management, Analytics, and SAP Jam). The winning organization will demonstrate the rationale for using the suite and the business results obtained. Extra credit may be given to companies that have gone “All In” with the SuccessFactors HCM Suite AND additional SAP Cloud and/or on-premisesolutions.

Voting:
Nominations will be reviewedSuccessfactors and only those that meet the criteria will be released for voting on the Community website.

- All submissions must be received by June 26, 2015 to be eligible.
- On July 3, 2015 at 9 a.m. PDT, online voting opens. You will be able to view your entry and all other entries, plus vote for your favorites.
- Online voting closes on July 20, 2015 at 5 p.m. PDT.
- Winners will be selected by peer votes (kudos) on the Customer Community.

Rules and Terms:
- The 2015 HR Excellence Awards are only open to SAP/SuccessFactors customers.
- There is no fee to enter.
- Only English-language submissions will be accepted.
- Your entry must be submitted inthis Word document(no other file formats, like PDF or PowerPoint, will be accepted).
- Please embed all graphics/visuals into your above text answers, so the desired placement is clear.
- Please include your company’s logo as a high-resolution image.
- You may submit a nomination for as many categories as you’d like, but you can only win for one.
- SAP/SuccessFactors reserves the right to change or cancel an award category at any time.
- We request that an employee from your company be present at SuccessConnect to be eligible to win an award. However, exceptions will be granted due to travel challenges, especially for our international customers.
- All submitted entries will be publicly displayed on the Customer Community. Submitting an award entry gives SAP/SuccessFactors the permission and approval to leverage content for Marketing and Public Relations purposes, and winners will be included in a press release and on social channels.
- Entries will be available to vote on in the Customer Community starting July 3, 2015 at 9 a.m. PDT.The last day for voting is July 20, 2015 at 5 p.m. PDT. Winners will be announced on the Customer Community on July 21st and celebrated at SuccessConnect 2015.
